Job Summary As a Partner Loan Officer, you will play a crucial role in establishing and managing a pipeline of residential and commercial loans. You will be responsible for bringing on and managing a team of loan officers, ensuring that loan requests are submitted efficiently and accurately. Key Responsibilities • Business Development: • Identify and establish relationships with potential clients and referral partners to build a robust loan pipeline. • Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain loan officers. • Loan Management: • Oversee the loan application process for both residential and commercial loans. • Ensure all loan documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with industry standards and regulations. • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored mortgage solutions. • Team Leadership: • Recruit, train, and manage a team of loan officers. • Provide ongoing support, guidance, and professional development opportunities for the loan officers. • Set performance goals and monitor the team's progress toward achieving them. • Partnership Development: • Collaborate with Omega Financial Services' leadership team to align business goals and strategies. • Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes. • Contribute to the overall growth and success of the company. Qualifications • Experience: • Minimum of 10 years of experience in mortgage lending, with a focus on residential and commercial loans. • Proven track record of successful loan origination and business development. • Experience in managing and mentoring a team of loan officers. • Skills: • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. • In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, services, and regulations. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Education: • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field (preferred). • Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., NMLS) are required.
